Engage Investor Network

We source dozens of investment opportunities each quarter. Our proprietary deal flow comes from sources such as research groups, consulting and innovation lab clients, industry associations, and former colleagues.

  We leverage our industry networks to inform our due diligence process. Our resources include practicing physicians and engineers at top research institutions, medical device experts, regulatory experts, patent attorneys, and executives at large medical device companies and research-focused academic health centers.

Once we decide to participate in a deal, we form a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and invite our Investor Network to co-invest with us. We educate our investors by giving them them the opportunity to meet the management team and ask their own questions, and by providing our independent research, analyses, and information.

 Investor Network members have the discretion to participate on a deal-by-deal basis. There’s no obligation to invest in every company, or to fund the same amount each time. Investors can focus their financial support on specific themes, companies, and causes.

Engage SPVs are funded and managed through a secure online portal. Engage and its vendors handle all paperwork, financial, and tax reporting obligations throughout the SPV’s lifecycle.
